WHO WE ARE
Jeito is operated by Jeito House Inc., a Delaware corporation. When these terms say “Jeito,” “we,” or “us,” they mean Jeito House Inc. When they say “you,” they mean the person using this site.
WHAT THIS IS
Jeito is a listening-comprehension training service for Brazilian Portuguese, built to teach the language as Brazilians speak it. It hasn’t launched.
This site is a waitlist. You can read it and you can give us your email address. There are no accounts, nothing to buy, and no product to use here yet. When the app opens, we’ll publish terms that cover it, and you’ll agree to those before you use it.
THE WAITLIST
Joining is free and means one thing: we’ll email you when early access opens, and occasionally after that. You can leave any time from the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing us.
Give us an email address you actually control, and don’t add other people’s addresses. You must be at least 13 years old to join.
USING THIS SITE
Don’t scrape it, don’t try to overload or interfere with it, and don’t use it to do anything illegal.
OUR CONTENT
The words, images, design, and code on this site belong to Jeito House Inc. or its licensors. You’re welcome to read and share the page. Republishing the content elsewhere as your own is not covered.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we can use them to improve Jeito without obligation to you.
WHAT WE DON’T PROMISE
This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it stays up, and we don’t guarantee a launch date. Joining the waitlist doesn’t reserve anything or entitle you to access.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeito House Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, which is zero.
ENDING THINGS
You can unsubscribe and be removed from the list at any time. We may remove addresses that violate these terms, and we may take this site down or change it whenever we like.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms as Jeito evolves. If a change is material, we’ll post the updated terms here and update the date above.
